MILFORD, Mass., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlas Travel International, Inc. brought in a 45% revenue increase year to date. This increase is due to Atlas Travel International bringing on 25 new corporate accounts with gross sales of more than $12.2 million during the 3rd quarter of 2005.
New clients that are part of the over $12.2 million increase include: -- Hexagon Metrology (Brown & Sharpe) -- Smart Time Software -- Spectros Instruments -- eCopy -- OneBeacon Insurance "We strategically use both people and technology to best serve our customers," commented Elaine Osgood, Atlas Travel International president. "We use feedback from our travelers to proactively use technology to automate what we can and have our people to give the individual, customized care that is uncommon in the industry. It is this attention to detail that allows us to keep our current clients happy while we add on new accounts."
In addition, Atlas Travel International recently rolled out their new corporate customer relationship management (CRM) system called Common Knowledge\Profiler that is designed to track, manage and synchronize client data. It is in use by dozens of Atlas Travel International's clients and is also the licensed profile system used by Portaga, Inc. for its newly launched Microsoft(R) Outlook-based corporate travel booking tool, Portaga Travel Manager. Portaga Travel Manager installs a travel button on user's desktops, enabling individuals to easily book reservations with a single click directly from Microsoft Office Outlook.
The 2005 sales year is on track to top the previous year's record-breaking performance of bringing on 68 new corporate accounts representing $25 million in gross air sales. In recognition of Atlas Travel International's success earlier this year, Osgood was named a Top Women Business Builder by Fast Company Magazine.
