Beverly was absolutely amazing. I spent a long night in t he Chicago airport and had lost my phone. My flight was cancelled. I borrowed someones to call Atlas late at night. She found me a hotel and a new flight the next morning even though American was quoting flights 24 hours later. She even called me at my hotel to make sure I got there alright. I have never had such wonderful service.

I love the ladies (and Bruce) who work on Team 2 for Sappi Fine Paper. Susie and Felicia are wonderful. I feel like I know them personally.

I want to commend you on the off-hours staff who were able to rebook me on another flight when my orginial flight was cancelled. They also rearranged my car service and got me a credit for the cancelled flight. Because of their effort, the flight they arranged for me was only 45 minutes later then my original flight.

My meeting ran late and there was a lot of traffic heading to JFK so I called our Atlas Travel Consultant for IDG and she worked quickly to get me on a new flight home that night. She was a huge help!

I would be "ABSOLUTELY LOST" without Eileen. She is amazing. She is knowledgable, patient, kind, considerate, and goes the extra mile every single time I call. She is the best in the business and with as much traveling as I do, believe me, she is a comfort at midnight when I land in yet another town when the car is there, the Hotel is there, and my ticket out of there the next day is there. As you know, my wife and I are celebrating our 20 th wedding anniversary and leaving behind our three children while we travelled abroad gave us a great deal of angst prior to our trip. Our accommodations were beautiful in Rome, Tuscany, and Florence, each one uniquely wonderful. The private tour of the Vatican that you set up was tremendous. The transfers were always on-time and the car rental during our time in Tuscany was a great idea; driving the countryside was one of the highlights of our trip! We were spoiled by spectacular weather every day we were there. We were also fortunate that all our flights were on-time!

This was the best vacation of our lives. We fell in love with Italy and cannot wait togo back. You have helped us celebrate this wonderful milestone in our marriage in a most spectacular way and we can't thank you enough.

I just wanted to give you an update on how business has been going since CCC transitioned its corporate travel business to Atlas in August - FANTASTIC! Barbara has been the supportive and personal-touch agent we always dreamed of! From giving us numerous and efficient options for group travel, working one-on-one with travelers to arrange trips, checking in on weather and delay situations (just yesterday! snow!) to completely hand-holding a couple of international travel crises during her own weekend hours - she has been an incredible source of service for CCC. Plus she is a delight to speak to on the phone!

Additionally, Laurie has been a rock! Her steadfast and thorough attention throughout the entire process of transition, reservation transfers, training, travel policy fine-tuning, price pursuit and now online migration is amazing. It truly benefits us and our company to work with an individual that we have so much faith and trust in - we know she is looking out for CCC's best interest and can provide frank and constructive feedback to all of our various requests! CCC is in great hands with Laurie.

Every time I call to book travel I am met with an incredibly friendly and helpful person. I primarily deal with LeeAnn or Robyne and they are outstanding - they both go ABOVE and BEYOND to accomodate my travel needs!

I have worked with Johanna since joining Lionbridge 6 years ago and I find her extremely helpful and the arrangements that she has made for us just flawless. Recently we booked itineraries for two of our C-Level executives who were traveling to 6 of our offices in Europe and Asia in a two-week period of time. This was a complicated itinerary, not to mention an around-the-world ticketing. Anytime that I have to make any travel arrangements, I am treated with the utmost respect. I just had to take a moment out of my day and send you a note to thank you for having agents like Ana. She is absolutely awesome. In the few weeks I've been with Stream, I've had many travel (local and international) bookings plus a Board Meeting to arrange. Ana just takes care of everything and relieves me of so much stress and worry. I even had to call the after-hours line over the weekend in regards to some travel to the Philippines. I got lucky --- Ana was on weekend duty. And of course everything was taken care of perfectly. So, I just had to say how grateful I am to have someone of Ana's caliber handling the Stream account. My consultant, Stella, did a great job finding a hotel in the Orange County area. I was looking for mutliple rooms for a group travelling together. She even went above and beyond with negotiating the rates for us.

You know it's funny, you ask about one random flight and my experience with it (on a survey), but what isn't asked is how many connections it took to get there, the cars, trains, or cabs to get to the hotel and how I got back? The hour or so it takes for an agent to book out five weeks of future travel, five days a week, flawlessly, that should be the question and I would answer that no one but Atlas Travel's Anita can keep up with me. She is absolutely unreal and a serious professional with a sense of humor. She is priceless to us in the field, just so you know.

I received a call from my Atlas Consultant that a flight had been cancelled. It was the first time I had experienced a business flight being cancelled. The airline had contacted me, but I thought it was great to be notified by Atlas and have limo service rescheduled. I thought I would have to do that myself.

There were several changes made to my itinerary after the initial request. Each and every time Cheryl was so accommodating, never flustered, always very positive. She has been and always will be my # 1 agent. Without a doubt she goes above and beyond the call of duty with every request!!

Like yourself, I am in the customer care/experience business and have over 25 years of experience running large customer care/travel organizations with Carlson Wagonlit & American Express so feel pretty confident I know what a good customer experience is and the impact it has on the people who experience it.

Today I am writing to share with you one individual on your team, who has "delighted me" every time she has created or modified any of my reservations and that's Nikki. She's professional, courteous, knowledgeable, but more than anything always has a "can do" attitude/mindset. We both know travel is not an easy service to support and to get a consistent positive customer experience each and every time from one agent is almost impossible. Nikki does that each and every time.

My current customer base is always hounding me to have agents who can provide an experience that drives "customers for life," very tough to find in this day and age, so you are very fortunate to have her on your team because she has that type of mindset. Always have great experience working with the agents that support our corporate travel. In this particular case, the agent helped find the right fare that most closely matched my travel preferences. Can't think of an instance over all the years in which I haven't gotten that high level of service.

I just wanted to say thank you to Ana for going the extra mile to make sure my
travel back from South Africa went well. I think it demonstrates truly outstanding performance and dedication to customer service when she called me on Saturday to make sure I made it home safely. As a frazzled infrequent international traveler, it was very nice to know someone was keeping an eye on my progress back from South Africa.

I was caught in the infamous Heathrow snowstorm and shutdown before Christmas. Your Emergency Travel Consultant was absolutely fantastic and stayed with me for three days. I have never experienced better customer service anywhere and did get home for Christmas.

During the Feb 1 blizzard...I am a very happy customer of Atlas Travel, having Emily and Kiana help us so much - we'd be thrown into a pool of other travelers whose only recourse is to call Delta or JetBlue, etc, and probably not get through, or have other airline options, so we're very happy to have had access to professionals!!!!

While I was stuck in Frankfurt due to snow, I had the opportunity to call the emergency service line and was provided with excellent service.

Dee perfectly accomodates my requests for certain flights and hotels. Gary and, especially, Linda did a perfect job in fixing travel arrangements for the attendees of our European Investigator Meeting (1-2 Dec 2010). Linda worked during the weekend and during her vacations and she followed-up with me by phone on a daily basis. This was impressive! Great job!

Tuesday night at close to 5:00, I called Atlas with a problem regarding flights to Wisconsin. Bruce answered the call - and he spent quite a bit of time figuring out what happened and fixing the problem. It was very much appreciated - he was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me.

I was talking back and forth via "communicator' with our traveler while he was in the air to Wisconsin and talking to Bruce via the phone. It turns out that Delta thought he had missed his scheduled flight, so they cancelled the connections, when in fact he was on the flight. Bruce figured this out quickly - then had to call Delta direct to re-instate the next leg of the journey. Bruce was really great and we really appreciated his help. Paul was able to make the connections.

As you know we have been working hard on transitioning from Concur Expense.
I wanted to let you know that Tish has been working very hard on this and has truly been wonderful. Not only has she reprogrammed the mid-office systems to meet our needs around having employee IDs be the record identifier, she is also working on getting some email configuration done.

I wanted to make you aware of how pleased I have been with Tish and her ability to think outside of the box. Tish, along with my Atlas account managers, have always been outstanding.

Tish has been outstanding in her role as the Cliqbook expert. Always there to help tweak the system if needed or find out why the airlines do what they do with distressed inventory! (It's so frustrating). Shannon is just the salt of the earth; honestly she is an outstanding agent and does everything with class. She's always so polite and I've never seen her sweat about anything. Nikki has been just as wonderful. I haven't gotten to know a lot of the other agents but Sue is great too. This email might sound mushy but I really mean all of it. Cindy was very helpful in getting us up and running and I thank her for all of her hard work prior to me arriving on the scene.

Sometimes we get very busy and forget to thank the people who make us look good and who help us get our jobs done day-to-day. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that Ana is always on top of every detail of travel needs for my team. Sometimes it's the very small details like where they will get a quick shower at the airport before an international meeting, or if they have the proper Visa, or if they have a room, even though I've taken care of that months before for a large conference. It's that she asks and makes sure it's taken care of. She never seems bothered by my many e-mails or calls with detailed questions.

Thanks much for your quick response and amazing service for this urgent request, Susan. I have always gotten exceptional service from you and this is over the last 3 years. I wish all travel agents were like you and the world would be a nicer place to travel :-)

Although we thought Egencia would be a lower cost alternative, it proved to not be true. In fact, our annual travel and administrative fees are less with Atlas than what they were with Egencia. In addition, once we started to require the use of agent assistance with Egencia, it became very clear they could not provide the level of service we required. Each call to the service center was to a new person with no knowledge of our account or the traveler's issue. During the travel disruption caused by the Iceland volcanic ash cloud we spent hours on hold with Egencia and had to repeat the story and process for each traveler every time we called; and many travelers required more than one call. It was very clear at this point that online services without good people and procedures backing them up, is costly and not very helpful.

We decided upon Atlas for their reputation and proven track record of service and the functionality of their online travel system. Travelers now have a very clear choice of using online services or calling an agent that has intimate knowledge of our company and travel policies. In addition, Atlas' fees have been lower that what we were paying at Egencia.

We had been well served by a local agency for years, but when Atlas analyzed our air spend and the fees associated with our agency, the potential savings appeared significant... as a Top 20 accounting firm, we have a focus on the bottom line, but we also appreciate business acumen brought to us in a professional manner. Atlas has brought that and more to our travel program.

I just wanted to send an email to let you know how pleased I am having Sherry as our dedicated travel agent. She is extremely professional, personable and works well under pressure. I juggle so many things in my own job role that it is wonderful to have a person like Sherry that I can rely on to take care of our travel needs where I don't have to micro-manage the details.

I wanted to acknowledge Linda for going above the call of duty helping one of our new employees. Nikki booked her flight through Cliqbook & when prompted whether the ghost card was the credit card to use to book the air she automatically thought it would cover her hotel. Nikki flew into NYC yesterday evening and attempted to check into the Club Quarters. The hotel asked her for her credit card to pay for the two-night stay. She was not aware the ghost card only guarantees the room until her arrival. Unfortunately she didn't have the funds available to pay for the room and was stranded. Nikki called Atlas to see if there was anything you could do and was fortunate to connect with Linda.

Linda went out of her way to offer her personal credit card to the hotel so Nikki could check in and we could take care of payment first thing in the morning.

Linda not only did a wonderful job as an agent, but had great empathy in helping her client. She demonstrated exceptional client service by her efforts and making sure Nikki was not stranded even if she had to guarantee that herself. This is a person that not only takes pride in her work, but goes that extra unorthodox step to help another.

She stayed on the phone with her until she wasable to find a solution and get her home as soon as she could. Some of the ladies are particularly enchanting; it's great when you can hear 'happy' in their voice. They are particularly nice to deal with. However, all are professional and do a nice job.

I will never go on another trip personal or professional without using Julia. My wife and I decided, after we tried to make our own arrangements on our last personal vacation, that the service that Julia provides is such a bargain that we will only user her. She is my most favorite person that I have never met. Also, I will never replace her services with an Online Booking Tool.

I want to take a moment to thank both Shannon and Linda. Linda
was instrumental in helping me with recent travel difficulties in Europe
(volcano), and Shannon has always gone above and beyond in her job. I've
always had mixed feelings about using travel agents - often it seems just
using an online service would be easier, until you find a 'good' agent -
like Shannon - who makes the whole experience easy. However, when things hit
the fan - as they did in Europe recently - your team was absolutely
incredible.

I am writing to highly commend Julia's performance in support of my challenging travel needs during the last two weeks. Julia helped me set up my travel arrangements for my trip to London and, more importantly, during my stay in London as the ash cloud forced the closure of UK airspace. Julia was extremely responsive, attentive and also very efficient in helping me change flights, re-book hotels and simply make sure that I was properly taken care of during what must have been one of her busiest weeks ever, with all the disruptions in travel plans across the world. It is during these situations that customers like to feel supported and taken care of. Julia did an outstanding job-and this is the first time that I worked with her. If all your employees are this competent and attentive, you must have a pretty good operation in your hands.

This email is to commend, in the highest possible terms, your colleague, Dee. I was out here in the US on business last week with two other UK colleagues. We were due to fly home again last Friday, the 16th. Of coursethat didn't work out due to the Volcanic ash problem across Europe and we became stranded. Our colleagues here in the US then introduced us to Dee. The lengths she has gone to get us home as swiftly as possible have been extraordinary. I don't think there is a route she hasn't considered or an airline she hasn't contacted. The net is that less than 8 hours after UK air space opened up yesterday afternoon, Dee had us booked on to a direct flight out of Logan to Heathrow tonight. Given the days or even weeks some folks are having to wait to pick up a flight home, this is simply amazing.

The standards of customer service she has delivered and the credit she does to your organization are remarkable.

I would just like to make mention of two individuals that were outstanding in our time of need...both Nikki and Ana showed incredible determination, patience, and professionalism ....resulting in many of us getting home now instead of next week. Overall they made a terrible situation bearable.

Becky and Bruce were fantastic in handling my travel crisis with the recent volcano eruption. There were friendly and caring and they acted fast and got me home!

Well, Ana is absolutely unbelievable! Tom & Jeannine, Sean and 2 others from our group were stuck in Europe during this volcanic crisis. They were supposed to fly back from Europe on 4/16.........and just got back this morning (4/22).

Ana, stayed with me the whole time, searching for options (which believe me there were not many as I needed 5 business or first class seats). She worked on this with me for hours, booking, reserving, checking every country in Europe as well as every state in the US looking for flights and options to get them home. She stayed with me all last weekend, even though she was off the clock, to help me with whatever I needed. She texted me before hours and after hours and all thru the weekend to see if I needed any help. There was one day this week, that she pulled an "all nighter," was dog tired, but still made sure she had flushed out the options for the day before she shut down for the evening. I could go on and on......but needed you to know that you have an absolute Superstar who cares, and goes above and beyond the call of duty.

The Atlas Team 2 have provided Sophos with excellent service, particularly during the volcano eruption in Iceland. They went above and beyond in assisting all of our employees with travel and we appreciate their great efforts.

We consistently get outstanding customer service from Atlas, but today, Beverly really went the extra mile and ended up saving us from a huge catastrophe. We had a new employee coming in for training who was flying out of LAX who missed his flight. Most all of them were sold out and the one redeye that was available would have cost us $741 on top of the fare we had paid. Beverly spoke to a supervisor at Delta and was able to put our new employee on another flight for only the $50 stand-by fee, getting him here in time to make his training. We only do our training once a month so it would have really set us back if he had missed this one. Beverly saved the day! Flights can be booked through a multitude of websites and agencies, but your exceptional staff really sets you apart from the rest. Thanks again!

Once again, I wish to let you know about the outstanding service given to us at OneBeacon by Ana this past weekend. I had two VIP's from the White Mountains on a trip to Cairo with air service scheduled from Cairo to Paris and back to Boston. Ana, was able to get seats on a flight direct from Cairo to New York, avoiding all the problems that are happening in Europe at this time. They both arrived back in New York yesterday morning and were very happy to be back! All weekend Ana kept me advised of any delays etc. and even called me after she knew the flight had landed to assure me they were safe and sound! Truly outstanding service, obviously, not the ordinary weekend for an agent... Ana also called Paris to cancel the Hotel reservation and was able to get it cancelled with no penalty as it had a 24 hour cancellation notice...

Before we hired Atlas and implemented Concur T&E, we were data rich but information poor.

I always use the online booking and its great. Anytime I have to call a consultant they are friendly fast and extremely helpful. I've even had a time when my team was backed up and consultant from another team helped me. Keep up the good work.

WOW, Great customer service!!! I was stuck at O'Hare Airport in Chicago because my flight was cancelled. I called the after hours number and Linda was extremely helpful. She hung on the phone with me and went through my options. She got me on a later flight on another airlines. If I had not called her I would have been stuck in there for a couple more days because most other flights were booked. Thank you, Thank you!

Weather forced an overnight delay in Atlanta, and it was good to be able to speak with a travel agent at 7:00 PM when we needed to re-book flights, hotels, cars, etc.

I work a lot with Frank. His service is excellent. He always makes sure we get exactly what we need! And in the rare occasion that Frank is not available and another member of the service team is helping me with my requests, it's always a wonderful experience and quick turn-around.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we value Diana's work and her commitment to Connecting Point. She (as well as Emily, and anyone who has helped us) do great work for us every day. But we had an extenuating situation at our last
event in Phoenix.

Three of our executives were flying from Albany with a stop in Chicago were bumped from their connecting flight. They called in a panic as it was spring break and they were not easily helped by the airline people at O'Hare. The situation was a bit confusing, but we later found out that these gentlemen were too late when they arrived at the gate and the gate agents gave away their seats. The story goes on and on...and affected their return trip as well.

But what I want to tell you is how wonderful Diana was in helping to get these gentlemen to Phoenix and back. Diana had let us know that she would be out for a couple days - being proactive, but I didn't remember the note that she so graciously sent. I just called her on her cell phone for help!

She jumped right in and helped despite the fact that she shouldn't have been working at all! It was very complicated... required a great deal of work, negotiation, pushing with the airlines, etc. Diana solved their dilemma and did it with a smile and our best interest.. as well as the customers in mind.

She was... and is always, very conscientious of our customer's experience and the costs for Connecting Point. She took the lead and got these guys to contribute to the costs that were incurred...so that I didn't have to ask.

Diana is a special person. Her skill, work ethic, dedication and commitment to us is so appreciated. I just wanted you to know.

I am responsible for co-ordinating most of the travel for the ownership of this company and I feel very fortunate to be able to work with Wendy. She is attentive,accurate and always provides outstanding service. I always have 150% confidence in everything she does for us.

I just wanted to give credit where credit is definitely due. I consistently work with Ana for my travel arrangements for employees. Every time she goes over and above her call of duty. I always know the job is going to get done and with that extra care. We had a crunch yesterday to get someone his passport in Philly and instead of stopping and giving the work to another agent she helped me out in a crunch during her lunch break. I am emailing you a quick note of EXTREME appreciation for Cheryl and the rest of the team covering for Luminary Micro. On two occasions, I learned very late that Luminary Micro would need to send 6-8 Luminary Micro engineers from Austin - concurrently - to 8 different cities! In the end, that meant I was responsible for urgently booking travel for 14 different people from Austin to 14 different locations - all leaving Austin and coming back at about the same time! (Hair on fire)I needed air support!(no pun intended)and your team made it seem so easy to (a)find the best rates, and (b)get every last detail taken care of for each traveler. Most of these folks we sent don't often travel, and now that everyone has arrived back safely (and my expense report approved!), I can say that the program was a smashing success. I could not have done it without the patience and diligence of Cheryl and the rest of the team! The last thing I'll mention is that EVERY SINGLE person I spoke with at Atlas was able to help with the process, and each did it with such GREAT ATTITUDES! I got off the phone each time feeling warm - knowing that my "dire" situation was fully appreciated and that I would be taken care of with a smile.

Our staff is loving Liz and the service Atlas is providing. It's making a HUGE difference in our efficiency and professional level of the travel we can offer our clients and job candidates.

I ran into a problem (not caused by Atlas) in trying to move the time of a flight up, and switching airports from JFK to LGA. When Delta shut me out of a flight I was already confirmed on, and had a boarding pass, your staff (a combination of Liz, Julia, and Pat) did a terrific job of rebooking me affordably on a LGA flight, also with Delta.

As usual, Atlas made my trip very easy even though we had a snow storm and my original trip was cancelled. I was able to contact someone in "emergency services" and got on another flight.

I wanted to let you know that I have had the pleasure of working with Nikki over the past six months or so and she has been extremely helpful to me. I have been in contact with her via phone and email almost on a daily basis and multiple times a day and she has always been professional and patient! I've had some complicated and very frequent itinerary changes for our Executive team members and she has always given me great service and I really appreciate it.

I want to let you know what a pleasure it is to work with Diana for my own business travel as well as our group's travel. Her attitude is perpetually pleasant and helpful. She's got a great sense of humor and is very responsive to all of our requests. She provides excellent customer service and I want you to be aware of that.

Cheryl is always helpful, cheerful, and really knows the ins and outs of the business. Whenever my staff has event travel coming up, I first consult with Cheryl to get her recommendations on flights.

So far it's all been kudos to you guys! The travelers using your service are VERY happy with it. I am working on getting a list of all of our travelers so we can add them to the system and start having all employees under Atlas. I really like the reporting a lot better, it is much easier for me to reconcile my Amex statement using your format than the other (it is a printing nightmare for me using the current service).

It's time like these when you find out who your best suppliers really are. Atlas clearly values our business and represents a partner I sincerely respect.

Bruce and Susan were more than helpful with my last minute needs. Susan found me the best flight options in Bruce's absence on Friday. On Monday, when I checked my return flight and noticed it was running very late I called Bruce to see what was happening and through his further inquiry it was showing I'd be taking a redeye from Memphis to Boston. This was not going to be an easy night. He had already been working to change carriers to get me home. Fortunately I was able to run through Charlotte from E to C to catch the open door or I'd be overnight on the terminal floor. I can't find a more helpful group than those at Atlas handling our account.

I receive prompt, courteous,and efficient service . I have dealt with Jennifer for recent trips and she has been able to arrange the trips I've needed and, in some cases, had to take some extra steps to get me the best prices and routes.

I wanted to wish you all a Happy Holidays, and say a very big thank you for all your hard work on travel arrangements for me for the few months I have been with IneoQuest. You beat out any other travel service I have had at previous companies, and look forward to a great 2009 with you.

I wanted to pass along my thanks and positive feedback on my most recent travel bookings for September in Thailand, China, and Taiwan. Frank did my trip... and was able to reduce my fare from over $11,000 to under $9,000 when all was said and done... which I was so excited about...especially since my ticket is now about $2000 less to go to THREE countries, than a lot of buyers are paying to go to just China. Ms Lori Harrison had booked a complex series of flights for myself, colleagues here and our Chief Executive Officer. In the space of 3 days we were booked to Iowa, Chicago, New York and back to Washington. This was an ambitious programme for our CEO to follow and required both a tremendous amount of patience on the part of Ms Harrison and a lot of back and forth on options.

Due to bad weather several flights were cancelled.
