As you know, my wife and I are celebrating our 20 th wedding anniversary and leaving behind our three children while we travelled abroad gave us a great deal of angst prior to our trip. Our accommodations were beautiful in Rome, Tuscany, and Florence, each one uniquely wonderful. The private tour of the Vatican that you set up was tremendous. The transfers were always on-time and the car rental during our time in Tuscany was a great idea; driving the countryside was one of the highlights of our trip! We were spoiled by spectacular weather every day we were there. We were also fortunate that all our flights were on-time!
This was the best vacation of our lives. We fell in love with Italy and cannot wait togo back. You have helped us celebrate this wonderful milestone in our marriage in a most spectacular way and we can't thank you enough.

I just wanted to give you an update on how business has been going since CCC transitioned its corporate travel business to Atlas in August - FANTASTIC! Barbara has been the supportive and personal-touch agent we always dreamed of! From giving us numerous and efficient options for group travel, working one-on-one with travelers to arrange trips, checking in on weather and delay situations (just yesterday! snow!) to completely hand-holding a couple of international travel crises during her own weekend hours - she has been an incredible source of service for CCC. Plus she is a delight to speak to on the phone!
Additionally, Laurie has been a rock! Her steadfast and thorough attention throughout the entire process of transition, reservation transfers, training, travel policy fine-tuning, price pursuit and now online migration is amazing. It truly benefits us and our company to work with an individual that we have so much faith and trust in - we know she is looking out for CCC's best interest and can provide frank and constructive feedback to all of our various requests! I have worked with Johanna since joining Lionbridge 6 years ago and I find her extremely helpful and the arrangements that she has made for us just flawless. Recently we booked itineraries for two of our C-Level executives who were traveling to 6 of our offices in Europe and Asia in a two-week period of time. You know it's funny, you ask about one random flight and my experience with it (on a survey), but what isn't asked is how many connections it took to get there, the cars, trains, or cabs to get to the hotel and how I got back? The hour or so it takes for an agent to book out five weeks of future travel, five days a week, flawlessly, that should be the question and I would answer that no one but Atlas Travel's Anita can keep up with me. Tuesday night at close to 5:00, I called Atlas with a problem regarding
flights to Wisconsin. Bruce answered the call - and he spent
quite a bit of time figuring out what happened and fixing the problem. It
was very much appreciated - he was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient
I was talking back and forth via "communicator' with our traveler while he
was in the air to Wisconsin and talking to Bruce via the phone. It turns
out that Delta thought he had missed his scheduled flight, so they cancelled
the connections, when in fact he was on the flight. Bruce figured this out
quickly - then had to call Delta direct to re-instate the next leg of the
journey. Bruce was really great and we really appreciated his help. Paul was
able to make the connections.

I wanted to let you know that Tish has been working very hard on this and has truly been wonderful. Not only has she reprogrammed the mid-office systems to meet our needs around having employee IDs be the record identifier, she is also working on getting some email configuration done.

Agency switches can be such a nightmare and we really didn't have any notable issues.
We sometimes only reach out when things are bad, but if I've learned anything over my years, we need to reach out when things are good. Everyone on your staff has been pleasant, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive and just plain nice. As a Travel Manager, having an agency that has smart and good people will set you above the rest. People like Kerin; well I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful she is. Although we thought Egencia would be a lower cost alternative, it proved to
not be true. In fact, our annual travel and administrative fees are less
with Atlas than what they were with Egencia. In addition, once we started
to require the use of agent assistance with Egencia, it became very clear
they could not provide the level of service we required. Each call to the
service center was to a new person with no knowledge of our account or the
traveler's issue. During the travel disruption caused by the Iceland volcanic ash cloud we spent hours on hold with Egencia and had to repeat the
story and process for each traveler every time we called; and many travelers required more than one call. It was very clear at this point that online
services without good people and procedures backing them up, is costly and
not very helpful.
We decided upon Atlas for their reputation and proven track record of
service and the functionality of their online travel system. Travelers now
have a very clear choice of using online services or calling an agent that
has intimate knowledge of our company and travel policies. In addition,
Atlas' fees have been lower that what we were paying at Egencia.
We had been well served by a local agency for years, but when Atlas analyzed our air spend and the fees associated with our agency, the potential savings appeared significant... as a Top 20 accounting firm, we have a focus on the bottom line, but we also appreciate business acumen brought to us in a professional manner. Atlas has brought that and more to our travel program.

I wanted to acknowledge Linda for going above the call of duty helping one of our new employees. Nikki booked her flight through Cliqbook & when prompted whether the ghost card was the credit card to use to book the air she automatically thought it would cover her hotel. Nikki flew into NYC yesterday evening and attempted to check into the Club Quarters. The hotel asked her for her credit card to pay for the two-night stay. She was not aware the ghost card only guarantees the room until her arrival. Unfortunately she didn't have the funds available to pay for the room and was stranded. Nikki called Atlas to see if there was anything you could do and was fortunate to connect with Linda.
Linda went out of her way to offer her personal credit card to the hotel so Nikki could check in and we could take care of payment first thing in the morning.
Linda not only did a wonderful job as an agent, but had great empathy in helping her client. She demonstrated exceptional client service by her efforts and making sure Nikki was not stranded even if she had to guarantee that herself. This is a person that not only takes pride in her work, but goes that extra unorthodox step to help another.

She is always accommodating and extends her service beyond what is normally expected. I had a colleague who got stranded in NY due to missing her flight. She stayed on the phone with her until she wasable to find a solution and get her home as soon as she could. My colleague told me that it was extremely comforting to have someone be there for her during a time when all she wanted was to be home. Linda did that. Linda got her home.
Some of the ladies are particularly enchanting; it's great when you can hear 'happy' in their voice. They are particularly nice to deal with. However, all are professional and do a nice job.
I will never go on another trip personal or professional without
using Julia. My wife and I decided, after we tried to make our own
arrangements on our last personal vacation, that the service that Julia
provides is such a bargain that we will only user her. She is my most favorite person that I have never met. Also, I will never
replace her services with an Online Booking Tool.

Julia helped me set up my travel arrangements for my trip to London and, more importantly, during my stay in London as the ash cloud forced the closure of UK airspace. Julia was extremely responsive, attentive and also very efficient in helping me change flights, re-book hotels and simply make sure that I was properly taken care of during what must have been one of her busiest weeks ever, with all the disruptions in travel plans across the world. It is during these situations that customers like to feel supported and taken care of. Julia did an outstanding job-and this is the first time that I worked with her. If all your employees are this competent and attentive, you must have a pretty good operation in your hands.

This email is to commend, in the highest possible terms, your colleague, Dee. I was out here in the US on business last week with two other UK colleagues. We were due to fly home again last Friday, the 16th. Of coursethat didn't work out due to the Volcanic ash problem across Europe and we became stranded. Our colleagues here in the US then introduced us to Dee. The lengths she has gone to get us home as swiftly as possible have been extraordinary. I don't think there is a route she hasn't considered or an airline she hasn't contacted. The net is that less than 8 hours after UK air space opened up yesterday afternoon, Dee had us booked on to a direct flight out of Logan to Heathrow tonight. Given the days or even weeks some folks are having to wait to pick up a flight home, this is simply amazing.
The standards of customer service she has delivered and the credit she does to your organization are remarkable.
I would just like to make mention of two individuals that were outstanding in our time of need...both Nikki and Ana showed incredible determination, patience, and professionalism ....resulting in many of us getting home now instead of next week. Overall they made a terrible situation bearable.

Well, Ana is absolutely unbelievable! Tom & Jeannine, Sean and 2 others from our group were stuck in Europe during this volcanic crisis. They were supposed to fly back from Europe on 4/16.........and just got back this morning (4/22).
Ana, stayed with me the whole time, searching for options (which believe me there were not many as I needed 5 business or first class seats). She worked on this with me for hours, booking, reserving, checking every country in Europe as well as every state in the US looking for flights and options to get them home. She stayed with me all last weekend, even though she was off the clock, to help me with whatever I needed. She texted me before hours and after hours and all thru the weekend to see if I needed any help. There was one day this week, that she pulled an "all nighter," was dog tired, but still made sure she had flushed out the options for the day before she shut down for the evening. I could go on and on......but needed you to know that you have an absolute Superstar who cares, and goes above and beyond the call of duty.
The Atlas Team 2 have provided Sophos with excellent service, particularly during the volcano eruption in Iceland. They went above and beyond in assisting all of our employees with travel and we appreciate their great efforts.

We consistently get outstanding customer service from Atlas, but today, Beverly really went the extra mile and ended up saving us from a huge catastrophe. We had a new employee coming in for training who was flying out of LAX who missed his flight. Most all of them were sold out and the one redeye that was available would have cost us $741 on top of the fare we had paid. Beverly spoke to a supervisor at Delta and was able to put our new employee on another flight for only the $50 stand-by fee, getting him here in time to make his training. We only do our training once a month so it would have really set us back if he had missed this one. Beverly saved the day! Flights can be booked through a multitude of websites and agencies, but your exceptional staff really sets you apart from the rest. Thanks again!

Once again, I wish to let you know about the outstanding service given to us at OneBeacon by Ana this past weekend. I had two VIP's from the White Mountains on a trip to Cairo with air service scheduled from Cairo to Paris and back to Boston. Ana, was able to get seats on a flight direct from Cairo to New York, avoiding all the problems that are happening in Europe at this time. They both arrived back in New York yesterday morning and were very happy to be back! All weekend Ana kept me advised of any delays etc.
and even called me after she knew the flight had landed to assure me they were safe and sound! Truly outstanding service, obviously, not the ordinary weekend for an agent... Ana also called Paris to cancel the Hotel reservation and was able to get it cancelled with no penalty as it had a 24 hour cancellation notice...

WOW, Great customer service!!! I was stuck at O'Hare Airport in Chicago because my flight was cancelled. I called the after hours number and Linda was extremely helpful. She hung on the phone with me and went through my options. She got me on a later flight on another airlines. Every time I call Atlas, the people I work with are friendly,

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we value Diana's work and her
commitment to Connecting Point. She (as well as Emily, and anyone who has helped
us) do great work for us every day. But we had an extenuating situation at our last
event in Phoenix.
Three of our executives were flying from Albany with a stop in Chicago were bumped from their
connecting flight. They called in a panic as it was spring break and they were not easily helped by the airline people at O'Hare. The situation was a bit confusing, but we later found out that these gentlemen were too
late when they arrived at the gate and the gate agents gave away their seats. The story goes on and on...and affected their return trip as well.
But what I want to tell you is how wonderful Diana was in helping to get these gentlemen
to Phoenix and back. Diana had let us know that she would be out for a couple
days - being proactive, but I didn't remember the note that she so graciously sent.
I just called her on her cell phone for help!
She jumped right in and helped despite the fact that she shouldn't have been working
at all! It was very complicated... required a great deal of work, negotiation, pushing with
the airlines, etc. Diana solved their dilemma and did it with a smile and our best interest..
as well as the customers in mind.
She was... and is always, very conscientious of our customer's experience and the costs
for Connecting Point. She took the lead and got these guys to contribute to the
costs that were incurred...so that I didn't have to ask.
Diana is a special person. Her skill, work ethic, dedication and commitment to us

I got off the phone each time feeling warm - knowing that my "dire" situation was fully appreciated and that I would be taken care of with a smile.

I ran into a problem (not caused by Atlas) in trying to move the time of a flight up, and switching airports from JFK to LGA. When Delta shut me out of a flight I was already confirmed on, and had a boarding pass, your staff (a combination of Liz, Julia, and Pat) did a terrific job of rebooking me affordably on a LGA flight, also with Delta.
As usual, Atlas made my trip very easy even though we had a snow storm and my original trip was cancelled. I was able to contact someone in "emergency services" and got on another flight.
I wanted to let you know that I have had the pleasure of working with Nikki over the past six months or so and she has been extremely helpful to me. I have been in contact with her via phone and email almost on a daily basis and multiple times a day and she has always been professional and patient! I've had some complicated and very frequent itinerary changes for our Executive team members and she has always given me great service and I really appreciate it.
I want to let you know what a pleasure it is to work with Diana for my own business travel as well as our group's travel. Her attitude is perpetually pleasant and helpful. So far it's all been kudos to you guys! The travelers using your service are VERY happy with it. I am working on getting a list of all of our travelers so we can add them to the system and start having all employees under Atlas. I really like the reporting a lot better, it is much easier for me to reconcile my Amex statement using your format than the other (it is a printing nightmare for me using the current service).

Bruce and Susan were more than helpful with my last minute needs. Susan found me the best flight options in Bruce's absence on Friday. On Monday, when I checked my return flight and noticed it was running very late I called Bruce to see what was happening and through his further inquiry it was showing I'd be taking a redeye from Memphis to Boston. This was not going to be an easy night. He had already been working to change carriers to get me home. Fortunately I was able to run through Charlotte from E to C to catch the open door or I'd be overnight on the terminal floor. I can't find a more helpful group than those at Atlas handling our account.
