The remedy is simple. Follow these easy steps! Login Screen: Click on "Forgot your password?" and the following screen comes up. Click on the BOTTOM submit button that reads "Send me an email with a link to reset my password" Once you click on that you will get the response, "Your email should be arriving momentarily." Within seconds, you will receive the following email: Hello {traveler name}, To reset the password associated with Login ID {traveler login ID, which is always your email address}, please click on the following link: https://app2.outtask.com/v.asp?x=1&d=1&u=499254&t=06080713&h=inE2XQ3wpJMTWw9V%2Bl7P5BC7MhQ%3D This is a one-time only link that will expire in 24 hours. Note: If the link above is split into multiple lines, you'll need to copy/paste the entire link into the Address field of your browser.
