An Important Message from Cliqbook
Dear Valued Partners and Clients,
Beginning Friday, December 15, 2006 at 9:00 PM Pacific Time through Saturday, December 16 at 9:00 PM Pacific Time, Cliqbook Travel & Cliqbook Meeting will be offline to accommodate the relocation of these services. In the event that an end user attempts to access the service during this time, they will see a page with a message that informs them that the service is currently unavailable and directs them to try again after 9:00 PM Pacific Time on Saturday, December 16, 2006.
Our FY2007 plans include several significant investments to ensure our ability to provide great service for the long-term. During this weekend, we will move the Cliqbook Travel & Cliqbook Meeting services to our primary data center in Lynnwood, Washington. When we bring them back online, it will be based on an entirely new, updated and more powerful hardware infrastructure as well as added capacity to accommodate future transaction growth. In addition, this new infrastructure will be connected to our ProactiveNet system monitoring, enabling us to track critical operational and performance elements of the services. Overall, these changes focus on maintaining a solid track record of reliability and performance, as well as ensuring we have optimal tools and resources to address issues should they arise in the future.
We are committed to minimizing any inconvenience to you while we perform this upgrade, and we appreciate the opportunity to serve your travel needs.
Thank you,
Cliqbook Client Support
