Travel GPA 2.0 Launched Monday...

We're Harnessing Its Advances to Help Drive Your Travel Program Today!

Many of you know that we have been utilizing Travel GPA's benchmarking and report card functions since the technology launched in August 2007. This week, Prime Numbers Technology launched Travel GPA 2.0 and Atlas is the first agency to introduce its powerful new features to corporate travel managers. There has never been a more comprehensive, powerful and easy-to-use tool before in the travel industry.

Travel GPA 2.0 is the first product to provide real-time, in-depth dashboard and benchmarking analysis on corporate travel spend.  The data is live and can be scored against internal goals or benchmarked against the Travel GPA database of over 17,000 companies and totaling more than $4 billion in spend.

Key elements of this new version include:

  • Contract Analysis: Automated analysis of a company's contract rates compared to all air, car and hotel contract rates so corporate travel managers can evaluate the effectiveness of their negotiated rates in a given market or with a given vendor.
  • Instant Reports, Live Data: Broadcast Report Cards can be sent on an automated schedule (fiscal or calendar) and will contain the complete database of data so offline, in-depth review can take place anytime. Schedule and deliver Report Cards based on company hierarchy such as division or department data for all or selected KPIs.
  • Live, Interactive Benchmarking Stats: Provides an analytical dashboard tool that benchmarks hundreds of key performance indicators (KPIs) on a company's air, car and hotel spend based on real-time and historical bookings from over 17,000 companies. The data can be benchmarked against the entire database or against other companies in a given region, of a similar revenue size, same industry, or common city pairs, hotel properties, or car rental vendors.
  • Local Currency and Language: Global use is streamlined with content in eight languages and 15 currencies to fully support global account consolidation.
  • Dashboard Triggers: User-defined automated "triggers" allow for 24 x 7 monitoring of travel booking activity providing real-time "event monitoring" of travel policy and traveler behavior. Users can create rule sets that trigger automatic notification of policy violations through email alerts to user-defined contacts. For example, reports can be sent when a ticket is bought with less than three days lead time or if a hotel is more than $250 per day. Unlike other "post-mortem" reporting tools, this live monitoring of activity without any extra effort or fees, provides live data instead of stagnant reports so instant response can be taken to adjust tactics and address issues.
  • Industry Stats: Provides up-to-the-minute, user-defined statistics to journalists, researchers and corporations on all travel data. For example, if you're researching the top 10 domestic US airlines, you can see the use and price of business class tickets on those carriers or the top city pairs for benchmark carrier.

Atlas Travel will be utilizing this technology to analyze your company's program at regular report intervals and can make it available to you at a special price if you would like to access the benefits on a 24/7 basis whenever you need it! Contact your Atlas account manager for more details today.
