Atlas Provides Invoice History Solution

Mobile Device Invoice Formatting is First in the Industry!

Are your travelers looking for a convenient way to access their past, present, or future travel invoices and itineraries from their PC or mobile device?

Atlas Travel International has the solution. With the new and improved eInvoice system, travelers now enjoy instant access right from their invoice to their own Invoice History. The Invoice History provides one-click access to all of their past, present, and future trips with complete itinerary and billing information, conveniently stored for expense reporting purposes.

In addition to the Invoice History access, Atlas Travel has also launched our new Mobile Web Portal in order to provide the same convenient access to the traveler's invoices from a mobile device such as a Blackberry or Palm. Travelers can simply point their mobile device's web browser to mobile.atlastravel.com and find a variety of content specifically formatted for the screen ratio of their device including: eInvoice/itinerary, 10Best.com for restaurant, events, city directories, etc., weather forecasts, and CNN news.

No other travel-related site offers access to past, present, and future invoices specifically formatted for these types of mobile devices.

For a quick walk-thru of how the new Invoice History feature works, simply scroll down for a brief overview.

Across the top of the einvoice is a link "Invoice History", click the link and your traveler will be brought to a page to either sign up and/or access their past invoices if they have already signed up. The initial sign up process is very simple, the form is already pre-populated with the traveler email address, and all the traveler needs to provide is a password and password hint.

The screen below shows the link after the traveler has already completed the sign up.

The traveler would simply enter their password to gain immediate access to their eInvoices.

To access a specific invoice/itinerary, the traveler simply clicks on the link next to the record shown.
