Every Atlas Traveler Must Have a Profile To Process Tickets by July 1st
Effective July 1st 2007, all travelers, prior to making reservations, must register with Atlas Travel International by completing a personal traveler profile. If a traveler does not have a completed traveler profile, Atlas Travel will be unable to complete the reservation request.
The traveler profile must include the traveler's legal name as shown on his/her driver's license or passport along with all other pertinent information utilized during the reservation process including emergency contact information, etc. Once the traveler has registered, he/she becomes an authorized traveler with access to the Atlas team and after hours services along with the benefits included in your travel program. This procedure is necessary to ensure the security of profile information as well as to avoid any security issues at the airport.
If you are unsure how travelers should complete their traveler profile with Atlas Travel, please contact your Travel Manager or your Atlas Travel Account Manager for information on how travelers access and complete their traveler profiles!
Note: If your company currently has no process in place to communicate new hire information and terminations, please establish such a process so our profile listings are accurate at all times.
If your company requires candidate or consultant (nonemployee) type travel, please contact your Atlas Account Manager to provide a policy/process for these reservations.
If you would like a current listing of your registered travelers, or if you have questions, please contact your Travel Manager or Atlas Travel Account Manager.
