Notice for Emerald Club Members

Effective November 1, 2007, Emerald Club members are only required to present a valid drivers license.
This change is being made in response to feedback we have received from Emerald Club members and in an effort to expedite the exit process at the booths. As long as the renter's method of payment is the one noted in their EC profile as primary, the credit card will no longer be required to be presented at time of rental. For EC members renting with central bill, it is beneficial but not required for them to present their Emerald Club card at the time of rental.
The only time that an Emerald Club member will be required to present a credit card is when they wish to pay for a rental with a credit card that is NOT listed as primary in their Emerald Club profile (i.e. leisure rentals) or if their profile has expired or incomplete information.
