Cliqbook Question:
When I make my reservation, I do not always know if I'll need a car or hotel. How do I avoid being charged again when I add these reservations?
Cliqbook Tip:
As stated in a previous Cliqbook Tip, Cliqbook is a transaction-based system. Each transaction, no matter what it contains, is charged a fee. If you make an air reservation on Monday and on Thursday you would like to add your car and/or hotel, you MUST go to Upcoming Trips and select ADD to the air trip made on Monday.When you click on the reservation, one of the options is to ADD/CHANGE. From here you have the option to add car and/or hotel. If you add to the same reservation, it is still considered one transaction, one fee. If you create a new transaction, a new fee is charged. This also applies if you book your hotel and/or car first and want to go back and add air after. As long as the reservation is still active you can select ADD/CHANGE to add air. Adding air is a bit trickier so if you want further assistance, please run through any one of the online training tools.
