Atlas Enhances e-Invoice to Better Service Travelers
Atlas Chief Technology Officer Rock Blanco recently announced
enhancements to the e-Invoice system:Travelers can now find the following on their e-Invoice:
1.) Notification of international visa requirements. This notice will be shown on the e-Invoice whenever a traveler has booked a reservation to a destination that requires a visa. The information is a collaboration between Atlas Travel International and A Briggs, the agency's passport and visa expeditors.
2.) Travel Summary Statement. Every e-Invoice now has an up-to-date travel statement to show travel expenses year-to-date. This feature also allows the traveler to access and print out previous e-Invoices for reconciliation and travel expense reporting.
3.) Document delivery to desktop organizer. By pushing the "Add to Calendar" link, all itinerary information will be exported directly to any desktop organizer and automatically updated whenever travel arrangements are changed.
These enhancements are part of Atlas Travel International's continuous push to provide services to make business travel more convenient and more comfortable.
