Cliqbook Question:
I added my credit card to my Cliqbook profile. Why does it still prompt me for a card? Also, I added my credit card to Cliqbook, but when I call in to an agent to make a reservation, they say they do not have a card on file for me.Cliqbook Tip:
In order for a credit card to be used, you must not only designate how you want the credit card to be used, but you must SAVE your selection AND your profile (you must save twice). If you do not follow all steps, the credit card will appear to the traveler only and not be operational for use.
To assure your card information is correct, log into Cliqbook and access your profile. Then select the credit card section and click on the "pencil" icon to the right (which indicates EDIT). A pop-up box will appear showing your credit card information. Complete all sections, INCLUDING checking off which types of reservations the card can be used for (see pop-up & box screen below). When finished, click on SAVE to save the credit card information. THEN click on SAVE to save your profile information. This will then sync the information to the agents' system, giving them access to the card when you call in.Please be sure to select what you want the card to be used for (Air/Car/Hotel) by checking off the appropriate boxes:

Additional Tips for Credit Cards:
To change your credit card expiration date, go back into the edit screen and update. Click SAVE to exit credit card and SAVE to exit profile.
