Cliqbook Question:
I canceled my car/hotel only reservation and was contacted for a credit card for a fee... Why am I charged a service fee if I canceled my reservation?
Cliqbook Tip:
Cliqbook is a transaction-based system. Concur, the maker of Cliqbook, charges a fee for each new transaction regardless of whether the trip is canceled, not approved in time by a manager or purchased. When a trip is canceled we are notified to process the usage fee. If a credit card is not present we must contact the traveler to obtain one. If, after three attempts, a credit card is still not obtained, deactivation of the user account will occur, prohibiting a traveler from making any further reservations.
