This new Cell Phone Lot not only provides a convenient place to wait for arriving flights, but also helps keep traffic on the airport moving smoothly. There is no parking or waiting allowed on the airport roadways at any time. Directions to the Cell Phone Lot From the Van Wyck Expressway - take Exit B; make a right onto 130th Place. Follow signs to Cell Phone Lot located on 130th Place. Follow the Cell Phone Lot signs along the route.   From JFK Expressway - take Long Term Parking exit, make a right onto 148th Street, then a left at 147th Avenue and follow the Cargo Service Road to Federal Circle. Enter Federal Circle and take the second exit onto Bergen Road. Make a left on 130th Place. The entrance to the Cell Phone Lot is located on 130th Place.
