For those considering a holiday or 2009 school vacation trip, Atlas highly recommends planning now, due to the reduced numbers of airline flights available to Disney destinations!
Atlas Travel International Vacation Department Manager Karen McCrink just returned from Disney's annual EarMarked Conference in California. She was among the 375 top-producing travel agency representatives who gathered at Disneyland Resort to learn the latest about Disney offerings. This program was specially designed for “Authorized Disney Vacation Planners,” which means the agency has more than half of the agents who have graduated from Disney's College of Knowledge. The conference offered a first-look at the following 2009 news...
- Everyone who visits a Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort theme park on their birthday in 2009 can get into the park for free.
- Disney is embarking on a new trend in family travel called “celebration vacations” and is creating special features and events for those celebrating in the parks.
- New attractions and events in all Disney parks.
More information on special features and promotions for 2009 will be updated as they are announced. If, however, you just can't wait to visit in 2009, there is a whole host of wonderful fall and holiday events you may want to plan around...
- Still time to be in Walt Disney World Resort in Florida for Mickey's Haunted Halloween Party or the Epcot Food & Wine Festival! For complete Fall events, click here.
