Because Big Splurge Awards are custom-designed, we can accommodate any award budget for any number of award recipients. Although the majority of awards fall within the $500 to $5,000 range, $10,000 to $15,000 awards are not uncommon.

Our service fee for designing and fulfilling a Big Splurge Award is 14% of the face value with a $100 minimum fee per award. For example, the total cost of a $1,000 Big Splurge Award is $1,140.

Because they are not subject to payroll taxes (Unemployment, FICA, Workman's Comp, Social Security), Big Splurge Awards are usually less expensive than cash awards. That fact bears repeating: The total cost of a Big Splurge Award is usually less expensive than the total cost of a cash award.
