For many years I have been booking trips on the Internet. I was traveling to China with a friend and we were unsure what to do. We had both done a great deal of research, but the complexity of the trip and hotel ratings concerned us as we didn't want to stay at lousy hotels. We worked with an agent at Atlas Travel (we found them on the Internet) and never looked back. We ended up doing part of our trip as a river cruise, something that we would have never thought of and enjoyed every minute. I also believe we saved more time and money working with them than if we would have done it on our own. I now have a new place to book my vacations!

I had the chance to work with Tiziana on a trip to Italy for my wife and I. She is incredible, she grew up in Italy and knows all of the best places to stay and eat, she is a true insider. But this is more than just a travel agency, they have a travel store that sells great clothing and travel gear. My wife bought a coat for our trip, but finds that she wears it all the time. The best part about the coat is that it packed up so small---and she loved it!

Our travel agent, Karen, was so meticulous in planning this holiday for us. I remember calling her several times before the trip, eager to finalize everything. She kept telling me that there was still one piece missing and she could not book the train until one month before. She wanted to make sure that we each had a seat on that train so we would have no problem making the connection.

We had a spectacular vacation: from the fabulous hotels to the knowledgeable tour guides. We have incredible memories of meeting geishas in Japan and riding elephants and bottle feeding tigers in Thailand. Thank you,

Ms Lori Harrison had booked a complex series of flights for myself, colleagues here and our Chief Executive Officer.  In the space of 3 days we were booked to Iowa, Chicago, New York and back to Washington. This was an ambitious programme for our CEO to follow and required both a tremendous amount of patience on the part of Ms Harrison and a lot of back and forth on options.

Due to bad weather several flights were cancelled.  I think we were extraordinarily fortunate to have been afforded outstanding service by Ms Harrison - I can't think of a time in my professional career when a travel agent has contacted me at 5.30 in the morning to advise that our 7.45am vital flight had been cancelled and we were all booked on the 8am flight. It was imperative - actually absolutely essential that we got out of Chicago to New York that morning since our CEO had meetings set up at the United Nations and we were entertaining 30 people that evening for dinner.

Ms Harrison offers a platinum level of service that is unheard of in this day and age - my colleagues and I are enormously grateful and we thought you should be aware of this.

After spending weeks talking to various tour operators to arrange for my group trip to Italy, I happened to contact Atlas Travel International for company business. I learned that they also do leisure trip planning, and spoke with Tiziana to see if she and Atlas would prepare a proposal for my group. I wasn't expecting much, since I had been dealing with Italy-specific operators until now, so what improvements could a multi-purpose travel agency provide? Much to my surprise, Tiziana created an immediate response to my request. Even after I had spent weeks working with Italy tour operators to determine the best possible itinerary, somehow she and Atlas seemed to know exactly how to modify my proposed itinerary to something that would better suit my group. The Atlas proposal was competitively priced, so I opted to use Tiziana and Atlas. After accepting their proposal, Tiziana continued to work with me, providing up-to-date advice (e.g., "such-and-such hotel is currently undergoing renovations", or "here's a 4-star hotel that we can get for a 3-star price"). Everything worked out so well, that I intend to use Tiziana and Atlas for my future group travel needs.

I have been using Atlas for the past few years mostly for corporate travel.  I had the opportunity over the past couple of weeks to work with Thecla in planning a vacation to Europe. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable.  She gave me a number of great hotel choices to choose from in the three different cities we are visiting, and also was very helpful with booking Rail transportation. I will certainly use Atlas again when planning vacation travel, specifically Thecla.  She is a definite asset to your company.
